Dottie aka “Snotty Dottie” is our little toy girl. She has the personality of 5 dogs in 1 and is always up to something silly. Whenever you talk to her, she will look you in the eye with those gorgeous light blue eyes as if she’s understands what you say. She is full grown at 9 pounds.
